The Ashes Song by Tuffers and the Wooden Urns

IT IS TIME to get your head around this song now, so you know the words by the time the first Ashes test begins in two weeks.

I have never heard of the Wooden Urns either, but I think it is safe to assume neither them nor Phil “The Cat” Tufnell are going to secure million-pund record deals on the back of this.

But it is a good little ditty that takes an encouragable dig at the Australians and all proceeds go to the Cricket for Change charity.

  1. Well that’s pretty dross. Not an amazing score prediction throughout, “we might beat you 3-2”. Think they better get to a Glen McGrath Ashes Prediction seminar and take a few notes…
