Australia buy the spade, England dig the hole

ENGLAND may have lost the Ashes today.

The day started badly for them when the fire alarm went off at their hotel at 4.30am.

Onions and Anderson swing out Australia

ENGLAND swung the third Ashes test dramatically in their favour on the second day.

Graham Onions kicked off the damage with two wickets in the first two balls and followed it up with the prize wicket of Ricky Ponting.

THE Twenty20 World Cup is over.

I mean, there are technically some matches still to be played and the small matter of deciding who actually wins the thing, but now England have followed Australia out of the door, meaning there is no-one left to support.
